12 Months:
-Set a date
-Decide on a budget
-Schedule a consultation with a wedding planner
-Decide on a style
11 Months:
-Start dress shopping (you will base a lot of decor based on this)
10 Months:
-Select venue
-Select shoes & jewelry
9 Months:
-Send out Save the Dates
-Meet with stationary professionsal
-Select bridal attendants
8 Months:
-Schedule a meeting with some DJs/Musicians
-Schedule tasting with Caterer
7 Months:
-Select Photographer
-Select bridesmaids dresses
-Arrange accommodations for out-of-towners
6 Months:
-Arrange honeymoon accommodations
-Apply (or renew) for passports
-Register
-Select wedding rings
5 Months:
-Schedule first dress fitting
-Select venue for rehearsal dinner
-Select favors
4 Months:
-Meet with florist
-Select tux
-Meet with officiate
-Order attendants' & parents' gifts
3 Months:
-Send out Invitations
-Second dress fitting
-Groom's fitting
-Cake tasting & ordering
-Hire transportation
2 Months:
-Hire hair & makeup artist
-Event insurance(if needed)
-Attend your shower
-Create day of itinerary for all vendors
1 Month:
-Hair & makeup trial
-Send out rehearsal dinner invitations
-Apply for marriage license
-Final fitting
2 Weeks:
-Schedule nail appointment
-Pack for honeymoon
-Write vows
-Come up with final headcount
-Deliver "must have" shots to photographer
-Deliver song list to DJ
1 Week:
-Drop off welcome bags for out of town guests with concierge
-Bachelor/Bachelorette parties
-Have seating chart completed
2 Days:
-Call transportation with final times & pick up locations
-Handle any last minute changes
1 Day:
-Nail appointment
-Rehearsal
-Rehearsal dinner
-Get lots of rest!
